Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from Exclusive Luxury, operated by GFPA LLC, through this Shopify store. Our contact address is 1045 Collins St, Melbourne, FL 32935, United States, and our customer service email is info@exclusivemanlux.com.

Products and orders

Review the product description, presentation option, quantity and delivery information before submitting your order. Product images and descriptions must represent what we supply. We will contact you if an error, stock problem or other issue prevents us from accepting or fulfilling your order. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, we will provide the cancellation and refund options required by law. We will not supply a materially different substitute without your agreement.

Prices and presentation

Prices are in US dollars. A watch with a Standard Box costs $99; a watch with a Premium Box costs $129 unless another price is clearly displayed for that product. The Premium Box adds $30 per watch. Standard shipping to the United States is free. Applicable sales tax is displayed at checkout. Orders ship from Hong Kong, and the supplier/store pays applicable import duties and import taxes. You will not be asked to pay import duties or import taxes on delivery.

Halloween promotion

Through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm Eastern Time, eligible Standard Box sets are 3 watches for $99 using HALLOWEEN3, 5 watches for $198 using HALLOWEEN5, or 9 watches for $297 using HALLOWEEN9. Add $30 for each Premium Box selected, including promotional watches. Customers must add every watch to their cart. One application of one offer per order. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts. Applicable tax is additional. Product availability applies; an item shown as unavailable cannot be ordered.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Orders are fulfilled from Hong Kong. Allow 2 business days of processing and an estimated 7–15 business days in transit. Read our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy before ordering. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. Rights for damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy and site use

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Use this store lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform; GFPA LLC is the seller responsible for the products, fulfillment and customer service.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights arising from an order already accepted.
